Overwhelmed

Today I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.  I've so much work to complete for school, house duties at home, and my daughter's 3 year old birthday to plan. Her birthday is March 14 and it amazes me that I have a three year old.  She's going to start school in September at Our Lady Blessed of the Blessed Sacrement and guess who's excited!! ME!! She will finally be in a school setting, something I really think she needs. I have assignments for my English class to complete and lots of studying to do for my History 251 class.  My house isnt completely clean like I want it to be; I do believe that's apart of the reason im stressed. Life is so amazing, despite its ups and down. I'm pushing through everything I'm going through. I have goals that I plan on reaching and no amount of stress will stop me.

  1. I definitely can relate Natalie. I am taking six classes right now so I can finish up this spring but I also have a household to take care of. I have a four year old and one that just turned six! My house gets trashed by my sons and my husband. I have to do all the laundry, sweep, clean, go to the grocery store, make dinner, clean up after dinner...it is never ending. I do find myself, during the school semester, buying more frozen meals and getting take-out more often. This saves me time and energy when I have a heavy school load. Plus there is not that big of a clean up after wards. Maybe when I finally get done with school my family will start having nice home cooked meals again. Until then, it is pizza, Mcdonald's, Chinese take-out, and whatever else I can find that is a quick fix!

  2. I can relate to everything your going through. Remember we go through so many things in life for a reason, I'm a strong believer of that. Just keep your eye on the prize. Keep on pushing forward and you will surely reap the benefits.

  3. Like Monica said, all you can do is move forward and roll with it. Life is stressful at times, but I think the best remedy sometimes is just to keep pushing. That's really exciting, though, about your daughter. That's such a big step so early in a young girl's life. Anyways, I hope your able to lower your stress, I know you deserve it! Good luck with things!

  4. You're about the third or fourth person to talk about stress today!

    I'm with you, though.

  5. It seems that a lot of us were under stress last week. I just wish I could get caught up, but it seems that there is always something else that comes along to keep me from moving to the next task. Hope you have a better week and good luck with the birthday party planning!
